A 17-year-old boy was arrested early Sunday morning in Petaluma on suspicion of theft and driving under the influence, police said.
Just after midnight at 12:01 a.m., officers arrived at the intersection of Washington and Lakeville streets where a vehicle had crashed into railroad crossing arms.
