A Santa Rosa father was jailed Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs during a June crash that left his three young sons with serious injuries, police said.
Timothy Norman, 45, was booked into the Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of a felony DUI causing injury and three counts of felony child endangerment with injury, the Santa Rosa Police Department said in a statement.
