The man accused of killing longtime Condor Club manager Mark Calcagni pleaded not guilty to murder charges in Sonoma County Superior Court, prosecutors said.
Former Condor Club employee Richard Lund, who is suspected of lying in wait before fatally shooting Calcagni near his Santa Rosa home on Oct. 3, entered his plea Thursday, officials said. Lund, 43, was arrested late last month along with his girlfriend, Asia Morton, 25, who is accused of helping him plan the attack.
Santa Rosa police said Calcagni fired both Lund and Morton, who lived together in Dublin, before the shooting. Morton was released from custody under strict supervision after pleading not guilty to the charges against her…
