On Monday, Santa Rosa Police Department officers were dispatched to a business on Santa Rosa Avenue in response to reports of a person refusing to leave the premises. The individual was identified as 32-year-old Tasha Holt from Santa Rosa, who, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department, had been repeatedly asked by staff to depart but continued to resist their efforts.
Officers spent about 15 minutes attempting to peacefully resolve the situation with Holt, engaging in conversation to persuade her to leave voluntarily. During the interaction, Holt was described as making incoherent statements and exhibiting a reluctance to answer questions.
