(KRON) — A hit-and-run suspect is wanted in a bicyclist’s death after the victim was found unresponsive Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol Santa Rosa area office.
Bay Area middle schoolers find loaded gun during field trip to public park
The bicyclist was discovered by CHP officers around 9:34 a.m. in the area of Rainsville and Stony Point roads. They were later confirmed deceased at the scene by emergency crews.
CHP Santa Rosa said they believe the crash happened overnight or early Saturday morning, and the car involved fled the scene.
