Homeward Bound of Marin, Marin County’s primary provider of shelter and supportive housing for unhoused families and adults, has announced plans to renovate its Family Center, the county’s only emergency shelter for parents and children.
The Family Center, located in a 1920s-era home and opened in 1974, currently has space for nine families and offers services including food assistance, housing and job search coaching, and goal-setting support.
