Mothers of victims in fatal Marin crash speak out on prosecution of teen driver

Relatives of two Marin children killed in an April car crash said Wednesday that they did not want the teen suspected of driving off the road at a high rate of speed to be prosecuted.

Outside a courtroom in Marin County Superior Court, Linda Kepley and Amy Koren — whose daughters, Ada Kepley, 15, and Olive Koren 14, were killed in the fiery Woodacre crash — said they believed the now-17-year-old driver had suffered enough and should not have been charged.
