The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 75-year-old man in Sonoma County. The individual, identified as Hour Chea, was last seen yesterday in Larkfield. According to the alert posted on the CHP’s social media account, Chea is believed to be driving a white 2016 Toyota Prius, with the California license plate number 7WEX686.
