Blank check printer, stolen credit cards found at parolee’s home: ACPD

(KRON) — American Canyon police said they eventually made two identity theft arrests after pulling over a Mercedes driver with no license plates and tinted windows at a Safeway gas station Wednesday afternoon.

Police said they soon learned the driver, identified as Armonie Pugh, was out on parole from Alameda County and recently released on a supervised bail agreement in Napa County.

A probation search of Pugh’s home upturned stolen mail and several credit cards, along with a printer/scanner with blank check templates, according to American Canyon police.

Another suspect, identified as Pryscilla Perez, who lives at Pugh’s home was found to have stolen ID and credit cards inside her purse after she was located nearby. Police said Perez was also out on a supervised bail agreement in Napa County.

Both women were booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections where Perez faces an additional charge of forgery…
