A Santa Rosa roadway reopened Tuesday morning after being closed for hours due to a vehicle collision and downed power lines that caused outages nearby, police said.
The Santa Rosa Police Department had shut down Steele Lane between Salem and Mendocino avenues in both directions earlier Tuesday morning as crews responded to the crash and downed wires, while power outages were reported nearby.
