Swiss industrial and mechatronic solution manufacturer Stäubli today announced plans to merge Stäubli Electrical Connectors, based in Windsor, California, and Stäubli Corporation, based in Duncan, South Carolina.
The divisions will merge into a single legal entity, Stäubli Corporation, effective January 1, 2026. The company says the move will strengthen its presence in North America.
