Petaluma cannabis shoppers no longer have to rely solely on delivery or drives out of town to restock. Farmhouse Artisan Market, a longtime delivery operator, quietly flipped the sign to open on its first brick-and-mortar shop last Thursday on North McDowell and is now serving customers daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
According to Farmhouse Artisan Market, the new storefront sits at 1333 N McDowell Blvd, STE B, with posted hours of 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The company says it launched as a delivery-only service in 2018 and continues to deliver across Sonoma and Marin counties even as the walk-in shop comes online. Customers can browse menus, place delivery orders or reach the store by phone or text.
Owners James Clark and Claire Firestone say the move from a van-based operation to a physical counter has already “boosted business and visibility” and “provides a level playing field,” according to KSRO. The outlet also reports that Mayor Kevin McDonnell helped cut the ribbon last Thursday and that Farmhouse is the first of three businesses the city tapped to open under its cannabis pilot program.
