DUNCAN, S.C. – Stäubli will merge its U.S. operations into a single legal entity, combining Stäubli Electrical Connectors in Windsor, Calif., and Stäubli Corporation in Duncan, S.C., under the name Stäubli Corporation, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
The move is intended to strengthen the company’s presence in North America, streamline operations and support growth in a key strategic region.
The consolidation brings together two major U.S. locations under one structure. Stäubli employs about 350 people in North America across five legal entities, providing engineering, manufacturing, assembly, sales, service, training and customer support.
As part of the merger, the Windsor site will transition from a dedicated electrical connectors operation into a multi-division facility supporting electrical connectors, fluid connectors, robotics and textile.
