(KRON) — A 61-year-old Rohnert Park resident was struck and killed Friday while riding an e-scooter in Santa Rosa, police said.
Officers responded around 8:11 a.m. to reports of a crash with injuries at the intersection of Santa Rosa Avenue and El Portal Drive, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.
When officers and Santa Rosa Fire Department personnel arrived, they found the victim, who had been riding an e-scooter, dead at the scene.
