A traffic collision near the Golden Gate Bridge early Wednesday resulted in a fatality, according to California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred on southbound Highway 101 just north of the toll plaza. A motorcycle was involved, though it has not been confirmed whether its rider was the person who died.
