(KRON) — A juvenile driving an electronic motorcycle was cited for numerous traffic violations after running several stop signs before crashing the vehicle on Sunday, according to the Petaluma Police Department.
PPD said officers tried to approach the juvenile at 4:52 p.m. when they saw him “riding recklessly” through stop signs on the e-motorcycle, with a passenger in the rear, near East Washington Place.
