(KRON) — Ten days after a 15-year-old boy was shot at Santa Rosa Transit Mall, police officers arrested alleged gang members in connection to the shooting.
Police said the transit hub’s violence began as an armed robbery on January 4. Two young men wearing masks confronted a group of teenaged friends and demanded their property.
