Petaluma parents cited by police for e-motorcycle incidents

(KRON) — Some Petaluma parents have already been cited under new California laws that went into effect on January 1 for incidents involving juveniles riding electric-motorcycles, police said.

This week police are warning parents that they can be held financially and legally responsible when their children ride e-bikes or e-motorcycles in violation of the new laws.
