Request for ideas for Tierra de Rosas parcels
The Sonoma County Community Development Commission is asking for ideas and partners for the civic and commercial parcels at Tierra de Rosas, a planned project in the Roseland neighborhood of Santa Rosa at 665 Sebastopol Rd. They are looking for developers, operators, and community groups to share plans for owning, developing, and running these sites.
