Deadly Marin crash: As teen driver enters plea, a new twist emerges

A teenager accused of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter in a crash that killed four of her friends formally denied the charges in Marin County Superior Court on Wednesday.

The 17-year-old, sitting alongside her parents and attorney, entered her plea before a judge and courtroom of observers — most of them families and friends of the girls who died in the fiery crash last April.
