A major winery is shutting down one of its Napa Valley production facilities and reducing staff at several other Northern California locations as part of a broader restructuring driven by slowing wine demand. California wine producer E. & J. Gallo Winery is closing several locations in the state. The most significant change is the permanent closure of Gallo’s Ranch Winery in St. Helena, Napa County.
