Caltrans crews are continuing work on the SR-29 Culvert Project between Rutherford Road and Oakville Cross Road in Rutherford, Napa County. From February 25 to March 28, 2026, traffic will be under 24-hour one-way control, with full lane closures overnight from 10 PM to 6 AM. This work helps replace culverts and stabilize the roadway.
