The Petaluma Police Department made several DUI arrests during St. Patrick’s Day enforcement efforts on March 17–18, 2026. In less than 24 hours, officers stopped multiple drivers showing signs of alcohol impairment. One driver, Steven Muschietty (56, Fairfield), was arrested after an illegal U-turn. Trey Tucker (35, Georgia) and Cendy Ochoa-Herrera (31) were also arrested for DUI, with Ochoa-Herrera’s BAC over double the legal limit.
Later that night, Plamen Koev (53, Woodside) was arrested for DUI after a traffic stop. On March 18, Chandy Him (40, Petaluma) struck a roundabout, leaving an oil trail that led officers to her location at Mr. Mom’s. She was arrested for DUI and found to be on felony probation.
