Petaluma Hosts Public Forum to Tackle Lakeville Highway Safety

Petaluma officials are inviting the public to help redesign Lakeville Highway, a corridor long notorious for its history of dangerous and deadly crashes.

The Petaluma Argus-Courier reports an open house event is set for Tuesday, March 24, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Miwok Valley Elementary Charter School to discuss proposed safety upgrades and traffic calming measures. The workshop aims to address the stretch between Petaluma Boulevard North and Browns Lane, offering residents a voice in long-term solutions for the busy thoroughfare.
