A 12-year-old Santa Rosa girl has gone missing, and police are seeking the public’s help to find her.
The Santa Rosa Police Department said in a social media post that Nicky Rodriguez was last seen at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday on Phoenix Avenue near Yulupa Avenue just east of Matanzas Park in the city’s east side.
Rodriguez is 5 feet 3 inches, 140 pounds, with brown, wavy hair and brown eyes. She was wearing blue jeans and a colored shirt, and riding a dark blue “Huffy” brand bicycle…
