VENICE — After months of continuances, Code Magistrate Patrick Reilly entered an order Wednesday imposing fines if the rundown house at 920 Groveland Ave., in the Edgewood district, isn’t being brought into compliance with city code by July 1.
His first hearing regarding the property was in September.
