FLORIDA — A Bradenton man was killed early Friday morning after being struck by a truck while attempting to repair a bicycle on State Road 70, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 1:15 a.m. on June 5 east of 5th Street West.
Troopers said a Ram 5500 truck driven by a 59-year-old Dover man was traveling east in the inside lane of SR-70 when it approached a 30-year-old Bradenton man who was stopped in the inside eastbound lane attempting to fix his bicycle…
