SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – An Osprey man convicted in the hit-and-run death of 13-year-old Pine View student Lilly Glaubach is once again asking a judge to reduce his prison sentence, marking his fifth attempt to challenge or modify the punishment handed down in 2023.
David Chang, who is currently serving a 15-year sentence after pleading guilty to leaving the scene of a crash involving death and tampering with evidence, appeared in Sarasota County court on Monday as part of a new motion for sentence reduction tied to the 2022 fatal crash.
