VENICE, Fla. (WWSB) – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested a 19-year-old Venice man accused of making threats to kill, bomb or conduct a mass shooting, the agency said Monday.
Giovanni Pimienta is charged with written threats to kill, threats to bomb or conduct a mass shooting, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony, according to FDLE.
The investigation began after an FDLE agent received information from the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force.
