City of Bradenton residents will soon need to switch to a new payment system to pay utility bills online.
The city is rolling out the new platform, Utility Access, to replace the existing online payment system Paymentus. The changes will go into effect on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
“This project supports the city’s process improvement initiative to increase efficiency in our operations and enhance our resident services,” IT Project Manager Theresa Armstrong said at a recent city council meeting. “It’s designed to offer additional features, improve convenience and a more user-friendly experience for customers to manage their utility bill.”…
