MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – A Manatee County judge ordered Friday morning that 51-year-old Kieran Cantwell be held without bond as he faces a charge of second-degree murder in the death of his 85-year-old father, Richard Cantwell.
During the Friday morning hearing, the defense proposed releasing Cantwell under strict pretrial conditions, including GPS ankle monitoring, a curfew, medication compliance, and residing with a different relative.
