VENICE, Fla. (WWSB) – Humain Hamilton, of North Port, is now facing criminal charges for neglect. According to the Venice Police Department, a woman living at the AdviniaCare Venice on Pinebrook Road, an assisted care facility, fell after Hamilton left her unsupervised. Venice Police said the woman later died from her injuries at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
