ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Florida man for allegedly touching a child inappropriately at a local mall.
According to the OCSO, on November 19, 2023, at the Eastview Mall, a 13-year-old child reported that a man touched them inappropriately. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Boris Stark, 60, of Bradenton Florida in connection to this case.
Stark was arrested and charged with sexual abuse in the second degree, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Victor Town Court and released to appear back in court on February 20.
