BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – Manatee County Sheriff’s deputies now have two suspects in custody in connection with a weekend homicide. According to detectives, Palmetto Police officers were on patrol Sunday at Palmetto Estuary Nature Preserve when they found a male victim, later identified as Manuel Escobar, dead in the trunk of a car. He had multiple gunshot wounds.
