Tracking new disturbance off the coast of Africa

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A new disturbance off the coast of Africa is trying to organize. It currently has a 10% chance of developing into a tropical cyclone over two days and a 40% chance over the next seven days. Disturbance #1 off the coast of northeast Texas has become weaker and more disorganized. It has no chance of development within two or seven days. Disturbance #2 east of the Lesser Antilles has weakened slightly. The latest update from the National Hurricane center reports it has no chance of development in two days and remains at 40% for seven days.
