While Floridians can pick and choose how often they shop for clothing and novelty items, groceries are something for which we all must shop. Thankfully, Florida has several grocery options from which to choose. However, Floridians who prioritize healthy and organic options are getting one more choice – a Sprouts opening in Sarasota and it’s offering some freebies at its grand opening.
Sprouts In Florida: This grocer is one of the new ones, having opened its doors in 2002 with the goal of making healthy foods accessible to everyone. Junk food lovers may not embrace Sprouts because the chain doesn’t sell much of it.
The chain is growing as it now has around 380 stores and it boasts around 30,000 employees. There are around 46 Sprouts stores in Florida. And although that may not seem like many, that number is growing. In August alone, I wrote about Florida getting a new Sprouts store in Brooksville.
That new Brooksville store gets 5 stars on Yelp with reviewers expressing excitement to have access to a new Sprouts. A reviewer named Alex wrote:
