ANNA MARIA ISLAND, Fla. (WFLA) — The U.S. Coast Guard brought four boaters safely back to shore after their boat became disabled off the coast of Anna Maria Island.

On Saturday afternoon, officials helped retrieve the boaters after they were stranded on a 19-foot boat, roughly 20 miles from the shore.

The Coast Guard took the four individuals to Station Cortez.

No injuries were reported.

The owner of the boat is coordinating a vessel recovery, officials said.
