CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – The grandson of a North Port Deacon who was shot and killed outside his Charlotte County home, has taken a plea deal in the murder case.\. According to his attorney, Joshua Nareau accepted a deal in court Monday to 246 months in prison for Second Degree Murder. As part of the deal he cannot contest the plea at a later date.
