NOKOMIS, Fla. — Two teenage girls are in the hospital with severe injuries after they were allegedly run over by a Sarasota County Fire Department lifeguard last week on Nokomis Beach.
It happened just after 4:45 p.m. on Friday, April 18, near the Nokomis North Jetty.
