General manager burglarizes his own restaurant, police say

The general manager of a popular Bradenton restaurant, Oak & Stone , was taken into custody Tuesday evening. According to authorities, William “Billy” Johnson was arrested for burglarizing the restaurant.

When an employee of the restaurant, which is situated on Barcarrota Blvd., arrived on Tuesday morning, the door was unlocked. The contents of the safe were gone, and it was open. The cash register was also forced open, according to WWSB .
