2 out-of-state fugitives arrested in St. Pete, police say

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — Two women from Nebraska, wanted for shooting a man over the weekend, were found and arrested in St. Petersburg, according to police.

Elyssia Ochoa, 32, and Malorie Rogers, 36, were wanted for shooting and injuring a man in Lincoln, Nebraska, on May 4.
