WELLEN PARK — The Venice Symphony’s annual “Patriotic Pops” concert takes place May 24 at CoolToday Park.
This year’s event, “Salute to the Greatest Generation: A WWII Tribute,” commemorates the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and features WWII-era music with guest vocalists Jeremy Gaynor and Andrea Ross, a tribute to U.S. Armed Forces veterans and a fireworks display following the concert. Each branch of the U.S. Armed Forces will be recognized.
