CCSO: Man smashes windows with caulk gun, faces multiple charges

PORT CHARLOTTE — A North Port man, who deputies say went on a rampage in the Murdock area smashing windows with a caulk gun, spent Thursday in the Charlotte County Jail, facing multiple felony counts.

Nathan Dorman Burley, 34, of the 6300 block of Beedla St., North Port, was charged with three counts of criminal mischief with more than $1,000 damage, throwing an object at a vehicle, petty theft, resisting a merchant in commission of theft, and trespassing, according to jail reports released Thursday.
