A North Port resident has been detained for deportation to Mexico following a traffic stop in the city for driving without a license.
North Port Police Officer Haley Coss pulled Maria “Lulu” Martinez over and arrested her near the South Sumter Boulevard and Mckibben Drive intersection at about 10:40 p.m. on May 21, according to court records.
