Suspect Apprehended After Riding Past Crime Scene
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – St. Petersburg Police Detectives have arrested a 58-year-old man in connection with the burglary of a Habitat for Humanity home under construction. Darin Farrow was taken into custody late last week after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars worth of tools and materials from the charitable organization’s building site.
The incident occurred at approximately 3 a.m. at 1217 18th Avenue South. According to police, Farrow entered the vacant house and absconded with an estimated $3,780 worth of power tools and cabinets intended for the home’s completion.
