SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Sarasota and Manatee County law enforcement agencies arrested a man during an undercover drug trafficking investigation on Sept. 11.
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office said Special Investigation Section detectives purchased a large amount of cocaine from Andres R. Gonzalez, 45, during the operation.
Deputies obtained search warrants for homes on 60th Drive East in Bradenton and Lake Ridge Drive in Sarasota.
At the Sarasota location, detectives reported finding 299.5 grams of cocaine.
Gonzalez was present at the Bradenton residence during the search and was taken into custody on charge of trafficking in cocaine. He was transported to the Manatee County jail, deputies said…
