SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Sarasota woman was arrested for DUI in Nokomis after sheriff’s deputies say she crashed and flipped a borrowed car with three children inside.
Deputies say Chelsi Marie Proctor, 30, was behind the wheel of an SUV when it overturned Sept. 27 in the 400 block of Bayshore Road.
When deputies responded to the crash, they found Proctor and three juvenile girls outside the car…
