GULFPORT, Fla. — Leaders in Gulfport are discussing changes to the city’s parking rules after several neighbors voiced concerns that people are living in their cars.

More specifically, the city is considering getting rid of free parking and moving to paid and timed parking. This would impact the Waterfront District.
