Caragiulos Is Closing on Oct. 26 and Will Reopen on Ringling Boulevard in January

After 36 years in its South Palm Avenue location, Caragiulos Italian-American Restaurant just announced its final night of service there is Oct. 26. But fear not, Caragiulos loyalists: the restaurant is reopening in a new location on Ringling Boulevard in January.

Founded in 1989 by patriarch Tony Caragiulo and his sons, Caragiulos is the flagship eatery in the family’s portfolio, which also includes Owen’s Fish Camp and Veronica Fish and Oyster. It specializes in Italian American-style pizzas and pastas, and has amassed a cult following over its nearly 40-year tenure.

The brand-new space is a 4,300-square-foot restaurant that seats 150 people. We hear you’ll still be able to order all of your old favorite dishes—and maybe a few new ones, too…
