Bradenton man accused of stabbing brother’s girlfriend ruled incompetent

BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – A Bradenton man accused of stabbing his brother’s girlfriend in August has been ruled incompetent to stand trial.

Dakota Hayes was ordered committed to a mental health treatment facility by Manatee County Court Judge Frederick Mercurio on Sept. 30.
